DLS, a Swedish company with a proud heritage of design and innovation, have long since recognised the importance of integrating high quality technology into an interior space and thus developed the ‘FlatboxÂ’ concept. The design brief was to engineer a range of wall-mountable loudspeakers free from the performance compromises normally associated with ‘customÂ’ loudspeaker products with the added challenge of achieving this in a décor friendly package. Flatbox is the result of this challenge; the development of six distinct models ensures that there is a loudspeaker to fit most budgets and applications, from music to home cinema. The subtle, understated design is not only sympathetic to any modern decor but also acoustically engineered to produce an open, organic and natural sound. Choice of finish is simple; either piano black or matt white with both black and white grilles included for an added element of customisation.
