Morpheus unveils Anderson House

Morpheus has launched Anderson House, a sophisticated townhouse in central Chelsea, spanning five floors and over 4,000sq ft, in addition to a stunning roof terrace.

One of three properties to form The Chelsea Townhouses, it follows on from the release of neighbouring Beau House, which sold within a week of launch to market. It is the only new build home of its size currently available in Chelsea, with the added rarity of a drive-in garage.

Anderson House is available fully furnished, designed by Morpheus’ highly skilled in-house design team. It features a private cinema, four en-suite bedrooms and a large roof terrace ideal for entertaining, creating a highly desirable combination of indulgence, style and quiet solitude. The townhouse is a rare find in central London; a beautifully-designed property that is convenient and secure, tucked away from busy London life behind a discreet façade that offers a unique modern lifestyle in the heart of Chelsea. Perfectly situated among some of the Capital’s most iconic landmarks (the V&A, the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park) and an array of local bars and restaurants, residents will find themselves ensconced in Chelsea’s village atmosphere.

Andrew Murray, Chairman of Morpheus commented, “Anderson House really is a unique new build property that delivers classic design, materials and craftsmanship of the highest quality. A bastion of British craftsmanship, the Chelsea Townhouse residences are iconic yet subtle; opulent yet understated.”

With each of the properties, Morpheus provides a year’s Residence Management service, overseeing the complete management of the property and providing a full range of bespoke services, leaving residents to enjoy their magnificent surroundings. United in their quality, impeccable attention to detail, creativity and innovation, The Chelsea Townhouses all bear the hallmarks of an award-winning Morpheus development.
