Hetherington Newman, makers of bespoke kitchens, furniture and architectural joinery, has opened its much-anticipated central London showroom.
Managing Director Ben Newman and company founder John Hetherington have been working together for 25 years and as they approached the 10th anniversary of the opening of their Cheshire showroom, it felt like the perfect time to open the doors to a second, an impressive 1150 sq. ft space, located at 138 Holland Park Avenue, W11 4UE.
London has provided a constant stream of high-quality projects for many years despite the company not having a showroom to display its designs and demonstrate the quality of the work. As a result, the team saw the opportunity to provide somewhere that their customers and interior designers can view their work and discuss any requirements in depth.
Hetherington Newman is constantly monitoring current trends in design, and the showroom will reflect the latest evolution of furniture and joinery, colours and materials.
John commented: “We are truly bespoke and design led, we have no standardised products. We can make almost anything a client wants – and for that reason, we attract leading interior designers who need a company that can deliver their ideas to the highest standards and solve all the practical issues.”
The showroom will include examples of Hetherington Newman’s cabinet making and joinery skills, stunning appliances from the German maker, Gaggenau and unique products from the Italian manufacturer Officine Gullo. A particular highlight is the Officine Gullo range cooker which is the only stove of this calibre to be found outside of the company’s showroom.
