Brand new CGIs have been released for One Thousand Museum Residences by Zaha Hadid Architects. The new CGIs focus on the new designer homes inspired by Zaha Hadid and are in collaboration with Italian designer, MORADA Haute Furniture Boutique.
The designs pay homage to Zaha Hadid’s love of Miami and combines the Hadid touch with a modern Miami flare.
One Thousand Museum Residences is Zaha Hadid’s first residential skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere. Rising to more than 60 stories, this incredible luxury development is comprised of over 84 half and full floor residences, duplex townhomes and two single penthouses. Designed by the architects renowned for The Dubai Opera House, The London Aquatic Centre and The BMW Central Building in Germany, the top of the range apartments will feature large terraces, custom European kitchens and walk in closets and East to West floor plans that capture the mesmerising panorama of Biscayne Bay, Atlantic Ocean views and the Miami skyline.
Situated directly in front of Miami’s renowned Museum Park, the building features an aquatic centre with an indoor pool, an indoor and outdoor wellness and spa area, and a sky lounge which provides stunning skyline and ocean views and is an excellent venue for residents to host private events. It also includes a recreational area of over 30,000 square foot for swimming, socialising and fitness, a multimedia theatre for private movie screenings, lectures and presentations, a 24 hour specialised security, a bank-quality vault with individual safety deposit boxes, a concierge and valet service and a unique sculptural sun and swim terrace.
Holger Odenstein and Fernan I. Hernandez, CEO and Chief Creative, MORADA commented, “MORADA Haute furniture Boutique is paying homage to Zaha Hadid’s legacy by creating a tailored ambiance inspired by our beloved city of Miami where the water and sky frame an amazing colourful melting pot that she loved. Our model home “Tropical Future Lovers” reflects the cosmopolitan, diverse and creative dynamic that we feel in the city interpreted through our luxury design lens and our latest innovation in furniture design and technology.
“Zaha believed in the future and stated that “architecture must contribute to society’s progress and ultimately to our individual and collective wellbeing”. Our ambiance and our products we designed for this unique building are equipped with innovative furniture technology like the “touch me” light, wireless phone charging stations to provide the humans from today with the possibilities of the future. etc. Her love for curves is our love for curves- both in the design and set up as well as in the exclusively designed pieces like the SILHOUETTE SPATIAL with integrated ambiance lighting. “
One Thousand Museum Residences by Zaha Hadid Architects also recently launched the development’s helipad, which is available on demand for residents and is the only heliport on a private residential tower in the East Coast of the US. Through the project’s luxury management service, residents will be able to reserve the helipad and book transport to and from Miami International Airport and other nearby islands and destinations, without even having to leave the building – offering unmatched levels of privacy.
