Contemporary furniture brand Sofa Club have collaborated with interior styling duo Style Sisters on their fresh new range, The Ivy Collection.
Designed with stylish and social living in mind, the collaboration between both parties was a natural fit with a clear brand synergy; both Sofa Club and the Style Sisters’ purpose is to help people make a house feel like a home, through offering stylish furniture at affordable price points.
Here, the Style Sisters discuss the details of their collaboration with Sofa Club and what The Ivy Collection has to offer.
How did the collaboration with Sofa Club come out?
We have always been a fan of the brand and seen their sofas in some of our clients homes. We were looking for a sofa for our own homes and got in touch, it was from there we discussed the potential of a partnership and the opportunity to design our own sofa range.
Tell us about The Ivy Collection?
The Ivy Collection is inspired by nature with earthy tones and textured fabrics. It was important for us for the sofas to be timeless and versatile, and we wanted to encourage people to be adventurous and mix beautiful velvets with contrasting texture to give your home a truly unique edge. There are 12 beautiful pieces in our collection, from large corner sofas, to matching 3+2 seaters and accent chairs.
Who was this collection made for?
We are committed to helping people live an organised and stylish life, so we wanted this collection to be fashionable yet functional so it appealed to many. It caters to those working on design projects who are wanting to bring in stunning statement pieces into clients homes, as well as home owners who want to create a living space that feels luxurious at an accessible price point.
What is your favourite piece from the collection?
Our favourite piece would have to be the luxe corner sofa in gentle willow. The sage green velvet fabric is tasteful and classy and is a wow factor when you walk into a room. Pair it with the ivy accent chair in a soft woven linen and you are onto a winning combination.
What makes Sofa Club stand out within the furniture design industry?
Their design team amalgamate current trends with classic styles to create beautiful, timeless sofas. Sofa Club also have more minimal and tonal colour palettes so the sofa design can adapt with changing personal taste too. Meaning they’re always in fashion but won’t go out of fashion! They have also just launched an interior design programme which will give designers access to exclusive sofa models at a discounted rate.
