Taylor Howes founder and CEO, Karen Howes, and Jane Landino, Creative and Design Head of Studio, recently announced the launch of their new lifestyle sister brand called Howes & Landino.
Howes & Landino have partnered with internationally renowned sustainable paint specialists, Graphenstone. Inspired by their respect for the brand, its ‘Purifying Paints’ mission, and a shared passion for colour, ‘The Couture Collection’ was conceived – thirty paints commemorating Taylor Howes’ thirty years in business. Each shade is named after a fabric closely associated with its colour, and this collaboration is a testament to Taylor Howes’ commitment to sustainability and exceptional quality.
The versatile collection features an array of on-trend shades, including deep blue’s such as ‘Denim’ and ‘Corduroy’, muted pinks like ‘Merino’, ‘Velveteen’, and ‘Tulle’, as well as timeless neutrals such as ‘Buckram’ and ‘Cashmere’. These shades are offered in a selected range of Graphenstone’s highly sustainable finishes: Ambient Pro+, GrafClean, and GrafClean Eggshell.
Karen Howes, Co-founder of Howes & Landino, comments: “The brand’s eco credentials are exceptional; there is no greenwashing. Graphenstone is ahead of the curve, and for us, it was simply a no-brainer to switch to Graphenstone when specifying paint for projects.” Jane Landino, Co-founder of Howes & Landino, adds, “This collaboration has been a total joy to work on.”
To view the colours, visit Graphenstone at the Surface Design Show on Stand 241, 4-6 Feb, Business Design Centre, London, and also at Futurebuild on Stand G20a, 4-6 Mar, Excel, London.
