Interiors specialist Dzintra Suste has expanded her bespoke furniture design business by launching her first UK showroom and studio.
The company, known as BelCasa, is based in Cheshire and offers custom-made furniture by the European manufacturer Fascino Concept. It also stocks an extensive collection of products from other selected brands.
Dzintra first came to the UK in 2018 to represent Fascino. She has since supported design professionals across the UK, developing custom furniture for both domestic and commercial spaces. Working with Fascino, she has provided bespoke designs for hotels, offices, golf clubs and numerous other projects. However, as her work expanded, so she began to see opportunities to diversify the brand.
She launched the BelCasa website in 2023 and then began creating her three-storey showroom in Stockport. There, clients can meet with Dzintra and design manager Gary Orme to discuss project requirements, to view fabric samples and to browse complementary accessories.
Explaining her product choices for BelCasa, Dzintra said: “My background is in bespoke furniture, and developing exclusive designs for specifiers will remain our focus. But the showroom has allowed us to extend our range to include selected items from other leading studios and designers: high-quality chairs, sofas, beds, dining sets and so on. We’ve chosen all our suppliers based on their originality, quality, sustainability and range.”
