Sofas & Stuff’s evolving fabric story starts a new chapter with their latest campaign

Sofas & Stuff is synonymous with bespoke sofas and furniture crafted by hand in Britain, but the brand is also fast becoming a destination for exclusive, design-led fabrics. Their latest campaign, Fabrication, introduced eight new designs and over 200 fabrics across all colourways, significantly expanding their existing library of in-house designs.

At the heart of the launch is the belief that fabric is never just a finishing touch – it is where creativity begins, and personalisation takes shape. The new textiles range from subtle checks and painterly stripes to richly textured linens and velvets, all curated to layer effortlessly across residential and commercial interiors.

An emerging favourite is Sussex Stripe, as shown above, a relaxed interpretation of a classic motif that blends narrow solid and dotted lines in a gentle rhythm, feeling both familiar and fresh. Fabrication campaign shoot stylist Miranda Sinclair says, “I loved the Sussex Stripe. I like how it was gentle and soft in great colours. It looks almost hand painted.”

Another highlight is Padua Pavement, inspired by the historic paving outside Padua’s Scrovegni Chapel and printed on textured jacquard chenille with a natural linen look and a soft brushed feel. Designed to be durable, it adds gentle texture and subtle detail to a scheme and is available in a broad spectrum of 19 colourways.

Almost Plain Velvet is soft and versatile. Beautifully tactile with a lightly dappled effect, this short-pile velvet adds just enough interest without overwhelming a space. Durable enough for everyday use, it’s perfect for any setting and makes a wonderful companion alongside bolder prints. This fabric comes in 19 colourways, offering plenty of choice to complement varied interiors.

Founder and Design Director Andrew Cussins sums up his intention behind the campaign, and the new introductions: “Fabric sets the tone, mood, and direction of a space. With our exclusive fabrics, we offer designers more tools to create layered interiors that feel rich, expressive, and personal.”

Like all of Sofas & Stuff’s exclusive fabrics, those featured in the Fabrication campaign are available by the metre and across all made-to-order furniture.
