Area Sq and Sketch have recently completed the design, fit-out and furnishing of the new 3,050 sq ft Mayfair office for hedge fund firm Zafferano Capital.
To achieve a design which reflected the forward thinking nature of their business, Area Sq created a high end, functional and contemporary space through the use of glass, timber flooring and innovative materials.
The office also comprises a meeting suite accessible from reception, a trading floor and informal meeting spaces with adjoining high spec coffee point.
The furniture was supplied by Sketch Studios, Area Sq’s sister company, and was used to create features throughout the office such as bright lime green B&B Italia chairs in the reception area.
