Combining form and function, GUTMANN motors are exceptionally powerful yet produce very little noise. Filters create a high flow speed to produce efficient extraction with both ventilated and recirculated options. As well as ceiling, full-surface and edge extraction, a new type of extraction is also available – nozzle extraction. This absorbs and removes steam generated in the centre of the flue during cooking to achieve a highly efficient flow speed. The detachable magnetic filter also makes for easy cleaning.
