WatchHouse has unveiled a new location on Northcote Road, bringing its Modern Coffee philosophy to one of South West London’s most vibrant high streets. The new House will serve WatchHouse’s world-class coffee to the local community, establishing a new neighbourhood favourite for residents and visitors alike.
A calming escape from the bustling energy of Northcote Road, the House will redefine a prominent corner location, welcoming guests with an inviting terracotta façade. Inside, blush-toned interiors by CAKE Architecture create an intimate setting, where soft burnt shades, natural textures, and warm tones combine for coffee-drinking ambience.

Set to be a new local favourite, WatchHouse’s new Northcote House offers the ideal setting for everything from casual catch-ups, working coffee meetings, to relaxed, longer dining experiences with friends. On sunnier days, an outdoor terrace provides a relaxed spot to gather and unwind on the lively street, and all can enjoy WatchHouse’s cult-favourite coffee, including its seasonal, rotating menu of specialty coffee and Rarities, as well as grab-and-go breakfast options, bakery items and viennoiserie that perfectly pair.

Spanning 800sq ft and able to seat 50 guests, WatchHouse Northcote invokes the comfort of a charming home, with Victorian-inspired details. Guests can collect their exceptionally crafted coffee from the ‘Front Room’, complete with WatchHouse’s signature brew bar, this time in a blush pink topped with stone, and sought-after window seating accented by Daumiller armchairs.

A quiet discoverable space awaits within, affectionately dubbed the Parlour. Here, sofa-style banquette seating accompanies marble-topped coffee tables, inviting guests to settle in, slow down and stay awhile. Continuing the colour palette, terracotta-toned flooring adds comfort and familiarity reminiscent of classic cafés and well-loved family homes.
