Dubai-born interior design practice DBM Studio has opened its London office, marking a landmark phase of international expansion.

DBM Studio, the Dubai-based interior design practice known for creating immersive hospitality and lifestyle environments, has opened a London office as part of its European expansion. The move brings its award-winning approach to luxury design into one of the world’s most competitive creative markets.

The expansion follows a landmark year for the practice. In 2025, DBM Studio and its founder Mahsa Gholizadeh were awarded Boutique Design Firm of the Year by Commercial Interior Design Middle East, alongside a prestigious Design et al International Hotel & Property Award in London, reflecting a period of significant international recognition. These accolades are supported by a growing portfolio that includes the recently launched Yuzefi flagship store in London and acclaimed Dubai concepts such as Khadak and Kiyoshi. Looking ahead, DBM Studio is also preparing for the launch of Isabel Mayfair Abu Dhabi, extending one of London’s most celebrated dining and design brands into the Gulf, and further reinforcing its position in the luxury hospitality design sector.

Supporting DBM Studio’s European Growth

To support its UK and European ambitions, DBM Studio has entered into a strategic collaboration with Maria Korobko to lead client development across the region.

Korobko brings over 15 years of experience across the UAE, UK, Spain, and France, combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational hospitality expertise. Most recently she served as Executive Director and Global VP of Development at Bulldozer Group, where she oversaw eight operational venues, led six new projects including a lifestyle and spa division, and played a key role in structuring the group’s European expansion across London, Marbella, and Paris. Earlier in her career at FM Group, across London, Kyiv, and Moscow, she delivered multiple restaurant launches spanning concept development, design, licensing, supplier negotiations, and marketing, and helped develop the Murakami and Gyoza Bar brands in London.
